Two Lothian restaurants are offering a ‘spouse on the house’ to persuade couples to dine out on Valentine’s Day.         
 
Parties of two who dine at No 3 Restaurant, in Royal Terrace, and sister venue Howgate, in Midlothian, will receive the least expensive main course on the house until the end of April 2007.
