An Edinburgh bar that's better know for its extensive wine list will be launching two new cocktail menus this month.

Whighams Wine Cellars, in Hope Street, will be offering a range of classic and eclectic cocktails from March 26, including a Johnny Walker Collins and a lychee & passion fruit margarita. A second, specialist list will be include champagne-only cocktails.

To launch the new lists Whighams will be running a Thirsty Thursday champagne promotion from March 29 until April 26. Every cocktail bought between 5.30pm and 9pm will come with a raffle ticket and the winner will receive a boxed bottle of Joseph Perrier champagne.
