Whisky, wine and wonderful Scottish food is being highlighted across the country and beyond over the coming months. We've added seven new events to the Diary today, including:

For the FOODIE...

April 25 Gourmet Dinner with Château Mouton Rothschild – top notch wines and a slap up meal at The Balmoral.

May 4-6 Enjoy the Taste of Scotland Showcase – an opportunity to meet more than 80 Scottish producers and taste a wide variety of food and drink, from honey and ice-cream to beer and biscuits.

June 2-3 First Highland Whisky Festival – Balblair, Dalmore, Glenmorangie and Glen Ord distilleries will be coming together for a unique weekend of tastings and events to celebrate Scotland's national drink.

For the TRADE...

May 24 Lanark Beef Fayre – learn more about breeding, feeding and finishing your livestock or show off your skills to the industry and take a trade stand.

September 2-4 Speciality & Fine Food Fair – showcase your produce at the UK's biggest speciality food show.
