Get along to Peebles farmers’ market in April and you can enjoy a cookery demonstration by a local chef.

Alan Reid head chef/proprietor at Windlestraw Lodge, in Walkerburn, will be using produce from local suppliers to create fresh seasonal recipes.

Windlestraw Lodge recently won the Best Local Produce Champion Farm to Fork Award, for its use of regional produce.
