Hook and Cook Lunch at West Coast Hotel
16/05/2007
Diners are being offered the ultimate locally-sourced lunch at a West Coast Hotel – one they can catch themselves.
Guests at Ardanaiseig country house hotel are being offered the chance to catch their own fish, fresh from the waters of Loch Awe, which the hotel overlooks, and have it cooked al fresco by head chef Gary Goldie.
The Hook ‘n’ Cook menu, offers both novice and experienced fishermen the opportunity to enjoy a morning’s fishing on the loch, (known for its unusually large ‘ferrox’ trout), followed by a pre-lunch apertif and lunch on the lawn.
