Why: Fancy smoked chicken with a hint of whisky? The Tullibardine Distillery have taken barrels that once contained 12 year old whisky and turned them into smoking woodchips, which just need to be soaked in warm water for 30 minutes before being placed on the grill to start smoking. They infuse a subtle flavour to meat and fish.
