Brothers Robin and Billy Stenhouse
A Scottish sandwhich shop group is set to open its tenth shop – and expand into England. Baguette Express, will open a new outlet in Bathgate on February 3, run by franchisee partners David and Claire McMenigall, also own a baked potato shop in Edinburgh. Established by brothers Robin and Billy Stenhouse in 1999, Baguette Express has outlets across the central belt and the borders and plan to open a shop in England later this year. Robin Stenhouse said: “Our aim is to be the recognised market leader and the largest independent snack business in the UK within the next five years. The opening of our Bathgate shop further supports our aspirations to be biggest and best.”
