Wishart brings fine dining to Home House
An exclusive private members club has lured Michelin-starred chef Martin Wishart as consultant chef.

Home House, which bought out the former Hallion club on Picardy Place, Edinburgh, in December 2006, will be working with the chef to offer members a fine dining menu, with a launch on February 5.

Wishart has already introduced several of his own chefs to the club's kitchen, and over the next few months he will be recruiting and training more staff, as well as creating bespoke menus for the restaurant.

Home House manager, Stuart McMillan, said, “With Martin we have one of the best chefs in Scotland to help deliver a fantastic menu to our Edinburgh members. His commitment to quality and his unique style are essential factors for us.”
