Enjoy an organic chicken supper, a talk by Tim Summers, from the local Slow Food Convivium, about the concept of ‘Slow Food’, plus a tutored tasting with Liz and Neil Marchant of The Craigmyle Cheese Company, from Deeside, of eight different local cheeses, accompanied by a selection of wines. £12 per head.
