VEGGIE WEEK AT MACDONALD HOTELS

To celebrate National Vegetarian Week, this month, The Macdonald Crutherland near Glasgow, The Macdonald Marine in North Berwick and The Macdonald Cardrona near Peebles, have devised some mouthwatering menus to tempt even the most dedicated carnivores to discover the delights of fine vegetarian cuisine.

Some sample dishes include baked crisp tart of seasonal vegetables; courgette wrapped smoked haloumi with a pepper coulis; vegetable spring roll with egg noodles and bamboo shoots.
