Luxury chocolate brand Cacao Barry premieres at the Balmoral Hotel in Edinburgh on Thursday 20 September. Over 60 high-profile Scottish restaurants and hotels, including Restaurant Martin Wishart, will attend demonstrations with Cacao Barry’s UK ambassador Tony Hoyle, Head Pastry Chef at world-famous Grove Hotel in Bedfordshire.
